Why is the grinder not grinding any beans? | he bean container is set to ground coffee operation, to a non-defined position or to the removal position and the grinder is thus not activated. Set the bean container to bean supply. The coffee strength display lights up and the grinder is aktivated. |
Why is the Perfect Cappuccino whisk not turning? | The snap connection above the lower part of the Perfect Cappuccino has not been snapped firmly into place. Push the steam pipe and the lower part firmly together until the snap connection is fully closed. Please make sure that you only open the steam/hot water valve when the temperature display lights up and the machine has heated up fully to steam temperature. |
Why does water sometimes collect in the coffee grounds container? | The brewing unit is flooded with hot water during the rinsing process. When the brewing unit is automatically opened, a small amount of water always flows into the coffee grounds container. |
Why does the machine not supply water after refilling due to empty tank? | There might be air between tank and pump. The pump tries to suck the new water, but this does not always succeed the first time. In this case, press Start again until the pump has sucked in water. |
Why can’t I remove the brewing unit? | The brewing unit is not in its normal position. Close the service door and switch the machine on. When it displays that it is ready for operation, switch the machine off again. The brewing unit will now automatically return to its normal position. |
Why are their slight signs of operation on the machine? | Before leaving the factory, this machine was checked and tested with coffee. Although the machine was cleaned thoroughly, it is possible that small residues remain in the machine. This machine is still brand-new. |
Why does the “Coffee grounds container full” display light not go out? | The coffee grounds container must be removed from the machine for at least 5 seconds. At the same time, the machine must be switched on and the service door closed. |
