Brewing unit door open. The door of the brewing unit is not closed. Properly close the door of the

brewing unit.

After the cover of the brewing unit has been opened, rinsing becomes necessary. Press OK; rinsing will start

automatically.

Water supply error There is not enough water in the brewing unit. Make sure the water tank is firmly fitted.

Clean the water tank and especially its water discharge

on the floor.

Fill the water tank halfway with cold drinking water and if necessary, remove the water filter and replace it.

‘Bleed’ the water filter by filling it with water and replacing it in the tank.

If problem persists, also clean the brewing unit.

Grinder blocked.

Please contact service

The grinder is blocked. Set the grinder regulator on the coarsest fineness and prepare another coffee speciality.

If this solves the problem, set the desired fineness again for the next beverage.

If problem persists, contact customer service.

Too little ground coffee. Change grinding fineness or quantity. There is coffee in too little the brewing unit. Set a finer grind on the grinder regulator and clean the brewing unit.
