Blodgett Mark V Error Codes
Below are fault codes that display with an audible alarm on Mark V ovens:
- Hi – This means that the unit’s temperature is more than 40 degrees Fahrenheit above the highest setpoint.
- Prob – The error shows if there is a probe failure, which will need to be repaired by an authorized technician.
- HEAT ERR – The oven takes more than 6 minutes to get from 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Clear this code by pressing the TOGGLE/CLEAR key to continue normal operation. An authorized technician will need to resolve the issue from continuing.
- FAN ERR – This error displays if the fan fails during a call for heat. Clear this code by pressing the TOGGLE/CLEAR key to continue normal operation. If the issue persists, contact an authorized technician to resolve.
- FANC ERR – The message appears if a contact failure occurs in the fain control circuit. Press the TOGGLE/CLEAR key to stop the alarm. The code will continue displaying. Press TOGGLE/CLEAR key again to return to normal operation. If the issue persists, contact an authorized technician to resolve.
- DOOR OPEN – This means the door controller senses the door is open. Close the door. If the door isn’t closing appropriately and the error continues, contact an authorized technician to repair.
Blodget Conveyor Error Codes
Below are fault codes that display on conveyor ovens, which include MT1828G/E, MT2136G/E and MT3240G/E models:
- HIGH . TEMP – The code appears if the temperature is above the oven’s set point. Wait until the display reads READY before loading food.
- HIGH . TEMP . LIMIT – This shows on the display if the temperature exceeds the high limit. An “over-temperature alarm” buzzer also sounds. Shut the oven off and wait until the unit cools down.
- HIGH . TEMP . PANEL – This error occurs if the control area experiences excessive temperature. Turn the oven off and wait for it to cool down.
- PROBE . OPEN . PROBE . SHORT – The fault code displays if the temperature sensor fails. An alarm buzzer also sounds. Shut off the oven. Contact an authorized technician to repair the issue.
