- Isn’t heating – Make sure the unit is plugged in or that thermostat is at the desired heat setting. Also, see if the right amount of water was placed in the well or pan.
- Food too cool or not at temperature – The food might have been too cold when placed on the warmer. Make sure the product is hot beforehand or increase the warming shelf’s temperature.
- Food too hot – If the food is too hot, decrease the temperature on the thermostat.
- Blown fuse or circuit breaker – Try unplugging the power cord from the outlet and seeing if there are short circuits. If the issue persists, have an authorized technician remedy the issue.
