Problem: Oven burnerfailsto light

Cause:

  1. power supply not connected
  2. b. pilot is out (pilot ignition)
  3. power failure (pilotless ignition)

Correction:

  1. connect power, check circuit breaker or fuse box
  2. see page 6 to light pilots
  3. see page 6to light pilot, see page 6

Problem: Oven temperature inaccurate. food takes too long or cooks to fast, pale browning, food over-done on outside and under-done in center, over browning.

Cause:

  1. oven not preheated
  2. incorrect rack position
  3. incorrect use of aluminum foil
  4. oven bottom incorrectly replaced
  5. oven thermostat sensing device out of holding clip(s)

Correction:

  1. preheat oven 3 to 5 minutes
  2. see page 7

  4. replace oven bottom correctly
  5. replace sensing device securely into clips

Problem: Clock and/or oven light does not work

Cause:

  1. power supply not connected
  2. burned out light bulb
  3. malfunctioning switch, starter or ballast
