Sharp Microwave Error Codes If your Sharp microwave is displaying an error code, this means you have a clue to resolve the problem. Find the code in the tables below to learn what you can do. In case of a significant issue, the manufacturer recommends that you call for service or call an electrician.

| 888, 8888 or PF | It is possible to see this display upon initial installation or after power was restored due to a power failure. This display can be cancelled and normal operation resumed by touching the CLEAR pad. The clock can be reset on models so equipped. |
