F14 Fault Code: This  is the error code indicating that the water that the device is sending to the heating circuit is above 95°. If the problem continues like this, you may have a problem. For this situation, you should call Demir Döküm Service and get information and help.

F15 Fault Code:  It is the error code indicating that there is a gas mechanism problem. In this case, we can say that the three-way valve stepper motor is faulty. Call Vinto Combi Service to solve the problem.

F16 Fault Code:  In cases where the flame still continues even though the boiler is in the off state, the combi gives this warning code. In this case, we can say that there is a problem in the ionization or gas armature. You should call Iron Casting Service for both control and solution of the device.

F17 Fault Code:  This is the warning code indicating that the voltage reaching the flat is low. The device should not operate in this way. If it continues to operate in this condition, its parts may be damaged. For this, our recommendation is to use the regulator device. After the regulator device, the voltages are balanced and the combi boiler is not damaged due to the voltage change.

F18 Fault Code:  If this warning code appeared on the Vinto combi screen, it means there is a problem with the video card. You should not interfere with the device. Because in this case, the graphics card needs to be repaired or replaced. You should call Vinto boiler service and get help in this regard.

F19 Fault Code:  The boiler’s sensor is not in contact with the pipe, only the sensor is in hot water request. In this case, we can say that the sensor is faulty or that its cables are broken. As a consumer, you should not interfere with the device and get help from Vinto Combi Service.

F20 Fault Code:  Indicates that the combi is not compatible with the graphics card. If the graphics card has been changed before, the settings may not have been made and the device may be giving this warning code for this reason. If the problem occurred spontaneously and no action was taken on the device’s video card, it may need to be replaced or repaired. For technical support and assistance, you should call Demir Döküm Vinto Service.

F21 Fault Code:  This is the warning code indicating that the water pressure in the boiler is less than necessary. In this case, what you need to do as a consumer is to increase the pressure of the boiler up to 1.5 bar with the filling tap. If the problem still persists after the procedure, reset the boiler.

F22 Fault Code:  If this warning code appears on the Demir Döküm Vinto Combi screen, it indicates that the pressure of this combi boiler is higher than the required value. So if you check the combi bar level, you will see that it is above 2.7 bar. In this case, you should perform the air intake process from the side of the honeycomb. Combi pressure may drop to zero after the procedure. If you push 1.5 bar of air into the combi again, the problem will be solved.
